Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Poland and various countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-10 business days after confirmation.

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Cettire cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Cettire or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Cettire. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges

We only accept returns, not exchanges. If you'd like to exchange one or more items from your order, you can return item(s) first and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

Refunds

Payments will be refunded back to your account. Allow up to 5~7 working days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the amount for the original item is refundable.
